I can't find the return shipping documents. Where can I get the shipping label and the return shipping label?

Note: Please note that not all partial shipments contain return shipping documents. You can generate these yourself as follows:

I would like to return an ACME item

You have several options for this:

1. Option: generate your own return label (to print out and stick on) via our returns portal.
2. Option: Generate a mobile return label (QR code) via our returns portal. In this case, DHL will print out and affix the label for you. 

Procedure in the returns portal:

Step 1: Log in as a guest or with your personal customer data and select the order or item you want to return. Select the quantity and the reason for return and click on "continue".

Step 2: In the next step, complete the return registration.

Step 3: Once you complete the return registration, you will receive the documents via email. On the confirmation page, you can also download your documents directly or send them to another email address.

Step 4: Now you can print out the PDF return label and stick it on the package. Or you can use the mobile return label (QR code) on the PDF return label for the return. Show the QR code on your smartphone at a DHL branch or DHL parcel store, and they will print and affix it for you. The QR code also works at Packing Stations or directly at the DHL delivery service!

I would like to return a partner item
