Where is my return?

We digitally ensure that you can track the status of your return transparently and conveniently at any time.
Please log in to your account for this purpose. Clicking on "All purchases" will show you your purchases in a list. Using the drop-down menu on the far right of the list, you can open the item overview, through which you can view the return status by clicking on the "Track shipment" link.

You can also enter the shipment number listed in the link directly on www.dhl.de/sendungsverfolgung/.
